server has been very slow lately, changed several of the Conquest Large maps to Domination, or Rush.

Why don't you just change all of the tdm maps to Rush. Or just change everything to domination so it's still a CQB but with more objective rather than just killing each other. But, I kinda like more wider map, so conquest small is a sweetspot

exactly. the Dom maps are pretty small, but good for low pop.
Gun Master, Rush and Obliteration are a change of pace for some variety.
the conquest large ones were pretty tough to grind through with 10 or less players.
regularly switching things up seems to help, i guess.

Well, we need to keep it in a mixed and random. We cannot just keep playing the same goddamn gamemode over and over again, it will be bland quickly
