New Server - New IP - Needs to be setup

As you all probably know, our regular server is beyond buttfucked.
Gameservers has created a 2nd server for us on Linux, and I have FTP access.
When I can tonight, I will start setting it up.
Ideally, we hope to get this one going, and cancel the other, jacked up one.
