Title: a few tweaks to server

i removed vehicles from Sunken Dragon, and tweaked the auto messages.

I heard Hanger 21 was awful, but need to get more feedback, or at least experience it some more to know if it should be removed or whatever :cheers:

Hangar 21 is not bad with 32-64 player because it's shit tons of running and it's a huge landscape, that way it made it hard to spot People from a distance. But I like the look of the map and the railgun also the carrier so I had no problem if it's in the server.

yeah, it's a little remodeled on the Conquest Small size.
Played it once on our server, it was OK. Not great, but OK.
